If it's a free and fair election, GOP Sen. Tom Cotton will accept the results

Sen. Tom Cotton, R-Ark., said Sunday that he would accept the 2024 election results and would vote to certify the results in 2025, just as he did in 2020.

In an exclusive interview with Meet the Press, Sen. Tom Cotton (R-Ark.), who voted to certify the 2020 election, tells Peter Alexander he doesn’t think Congress “has the constitutional authority to reject electors” certified by a state, and will accept the results if he views the election as “free and fair.”
