Toyota apologizes for testing fraud and halts production of several models

Honda had problems with tests on noise and power for older models. The cars are still safe to drive. Toyota is checking all its tests after finding problems at other companies. This is bad for Toyota, known for making good cars. They sell over 10 million cars worldwide. Toyoda thinks some test rules are too strict. He said, "We are not perfect."
