The Texas Supreme Court rejected the claim that exceptions to the state's abortion law are confusing, telling doctors to follow the law.

The Texas Supreme Court rejected a lawsuit brought by a group of women seeking to clarify the exceptions to the state’s restrictive abortion law. “Have a backup plan,” said Jessica Bernardo, one of the women who sued the state. “If you’re at risk for that heart-breaking tragedy, have that money set aside for your need to travel out of state in order to save your life or your vital organs.”
