Police say a 9-year-old used in 2 thefts is one of the 2 women charged in the retail theft ring

Police say 19-year-old Janiyah Robinson and 24-year-old Ayonna Robinson have been arrested in a nine-person theft ring that targeted stores in Philadelphia, King of Prussia and Ardmore.

Police say two women were arrested in a theft ring that targeted Lululemon, Givenchy and other high-end stores around the Philadelphia area.
