There were more than 20 calls for help in Harford County because of flooding. The heavy rain caused big floods in Harford County. In Baltimore, strong storms brought heavy rain and strong winds on Wednesday. In Abingdon, Maryland, streets were flooded, and many people had to be rescued from their cars because the water level rose a lot. Videos from WJZ show rescue teams using life rafts to save people stuck in the water. Cars were almost completely underwater on Maryland 7 between Maryland 543 and Maryland 136. Harford County was warned about possible tornadoes in the evening. Kelsey Kushner from WJZ reported from Aberdeen on Route 40 where a car got stuck in the water. Officials said they got more than 20 calls for help, and they had to rescue five to six people.
