Burbank police under scrutiny for handling homeless man near LA councilmember's office

Councilmember Paul Krekorian criticized the Burbank Police Department for allegedly dumping a homeless man in front of his field office. The man, who seemed to be in a mental health crisis, was left outside a building in North Hollywood. Krekorian is seeking legal action and has contacted local and state officials. The officers offered the man help, but he declined medical services and was eventually dropped off at the Metro B (Red) Line. The incident is under investigation.
