Teenagers shot in West Philadelphia, one in critical condition

Philadelphia Police found dozens of shell casings near where a 19-year-old woman and a teenager, believed to be about 15 years old, were shot in the city's Cobbs Creek section late Saturday night. The incident occurred on the 5800 block of Spruce Street just after 11:30 p.m. The teenager is in critical condition after being shot in the abdomen, while the woman is stable after being shot in the leg. At least 31 spent shell casings were found at the scene, and five cars in the area were hit by bullets.
