The incident occurred on the 5800 block of Spruce Street just after 11:30 p.m. The teenager is in critical condition after being shot in the abdomen, while the woman is stable after being shot in the leg. At least 31 spent shell casings were found at the scene, and five cars in the area were hit by bullets. Investigators are reviewing surveillance footage to determine the motive and identify the shooters. The 19-year-old victim is local to the area, and more information is being gathered about the teen.
