Greg Abbott is celebrating the capture of Texas' most wanted migrant

Victor Hugo Chox Gonzalez, 38, who topped the Texas 10 Most Wanted Criminal Illegal Immigrants list, was arrested in Fort Worth.

The number of migrants being bussed from Texas has declined over the last six months, dropping by more than fourfold this year.
