A woman pleads guilty to hate crimes after a racist attack

Almost two years ago, Esmerelda Upton was caught on video yelling slurs at two women in a Plano parking lot. Last Friday, she was convicted on three misdemeanor assault charges and one misdemeanor terroristic threat charge.
