Four people who ran out of a car following a police chase in the Boyle Heights area have been found and taken into custody by law enforcement officers. The LAPD officers were in pursuit of a stolen vehicle suspect when the driver and three other passengers bailed on foot in a Boyle Heights neighborhood. The suspects were apprehended after fleeing from their car at the end of the pursuit near S. Fresno Street and Garnet Street. The group scattered around 10:10 p.m., with some jumping over fences into backyards and others approaching homes. The LAPD officers quickly apprehended all four suspects by 1 a.m. The chase was initiated after the police determined that the car was stolen.
