Neil Gorsuch applauds the Supreme Court for placing "tombstone" on a 40-year precedent

Justice Gorsuch celebrated the Supreme Court putting a "tombstone" on the 40-year administrative law precedent Chevron deference.

"Whatever the label, lenity is what's at work behind today's decision," Gorsuch wrote in his concurring opinion.
