Construction on Rickenbacker Causeway Flyover Ramps to Resume in Phases

In Miami, the Rickenbacker Causeway flyover bridge is undergoing construction work in phases to mitigate the traffic chaos that ensued from a previous closure. Cabrera emphasized the importance of conducting the construction work in phases to prevent a recurrence of the previous traffic nightmare.
