Lord Houchen hit out at Suella Braverman's 'cack-handed' comments

Tees Valley mayor Lord Houchen tells Sky News' Sunday Morning With Trevor Phillips a pact with Nigel Farage's Reform party would be "madness".

Ms Braverman, MP for Fareham and Waterlooville, has criticised the flying of the Progress Pride flag.

The Conservative's only remaining metro mayor said the leadership hopeful's remarks on Monday were "completely wrong", and could lead his party into opposition "for many, many years".
