Michael Cohen joins CNN’s Kaitlan Collins to discuss why he is asking the Supreme Court to revive his lawsuit against former President Donald Trump for allegedly retaliating against him for promoting his tell-all book critical of Trump.

Cohen is asking the court to hear his claim that he was sent to jail and placed in solitary confinement on the alleged orders of Trump and Justice Department officials in retaliation.
