The bill funding the Legislative branch was not passed by the House GOP

The House Oversight Committee is planning to move forward with its presidential ethics bill with an eye toward marking it up later this month.

The legislation failed after 10 Republicans joined nearly all Democrats in rejecting the bill over disagreements with some of its provisions
