Dubai to unveil world’s second tallest building with unique amenities in 2027

The Burj Azizi, a new skyscraper in Dubai, is set to become the world's second tallest building at 725 meters (2,379 feet), just behind the Burj Khalifa. Construction of this ambitious project, which has a budget of £1.15 billion, has already commenced and is expected to be completed by 2028. The building will feature over 131 storeys and is designed to include several record-breaking amenities, such as the highest nightclub, restaurant, and hotel room in Dubai, along with the highest observation deck globally. Among its unique offerings, the Burj Azizi will house the highest hotel lobby in the world on the 11th floor and a vertical retail center spanning seven floors. The project aims to transform Sheikh Zayed Road and enhance Dubai's skyline, showcasing the city’s commitment to luxury and innovation. The founder of Azizi Developments, Mr. Mirwais Azizi, emphasized that this investment represents a dedication to creating an iconic structure that celebrates the world's major cultures through its intricate design. Sales for the units in the skyscraper are set to launch in February 2025, although pricing details have yet to be disclosed. The building will also include a luxury ballroom and a beach club, further enhancing its appeal as a premier destination for both residents and tourists. This development is expected to attract significant attention and investment, reinforcing Dubai's status as a global hub for luxury and architectural marvels.
