In April 2025, Anaergia Inc., through its subsidiary Anaergia S.r.l., formalized a significant agreement with Capwatt Biomethane Unipessoal, Lda. This agreement encompasses the establishment of nine advanced biomethane production facilities across Portugal, Spain, and Italy, aimed at converting agro-industrial waste into renewable energy.
