In April 2025, Anaergia Inc., through its subsidiary Anaergia S.r.l., formalized a significant agreement with Capwatt Biomethane Unipessoal, Lda. This agreement encompasses the establishment of nine advanced biomethane production facilities across Portugal, Spain, and Italy, aimed at converting agro-industrial waste into renewable energy. Each state-of-the-art facility is designed to produce a total of 556,000 MWh annually, thereby aligning with Capwatt's commitment to sustainable energy production and the global energy transition.
