Fatal Shooting in East Oakland

OAKLAND, Calif. — A tragic shooting incident in East Oakland left two people dead and two others injured early Saturday morning. The Oakland Police Department reported that officers responded to a call shortly after 9 a.m. on the 1600 block of 83rd Avenue, where they discovered four victims suffering from gunshot wounds. While two victims were pronounced dead at the scene, the other two were transported to a local hospital for treatment.
