Pro-Donald Trump conspiracy theorist Mike Lindell, founder of MyPillow, has announced his intention to attend the Democratic National Convention (DNC) in Chicago while going “incognito.” With an expected attendance of 50,000, Lindell plans to shave his mustache, claiming it will help him blend in. In a video, he stated, “I’m going incognito... you won’t recognize me,” prompting mixed reactions online, with some questioning the effectiveness of his disguise. Despite his bold claims, Lindell acknowledged the challenges he might face in gaining access to the convention. He expressed a desire to “go as far as [he] can” into the DNC but admitted, “I probably won’t be going in there.” Instead, he plans to broadcast live from Trump Hotel, indicating that he may only be able to report from outside the event. Lindell has previously made headlines for his “Prove Mike Wrong” challenge, which offered a reward for anyone who could disprove his claims of 2020 election fraud. Inside the DNC, delegates will officially nominate Vice President Kamala Harris and Minnesota Governor Tim Walz as the party’s candidates for the 2024 presidential race against Trump and his running mate, JD Vance. The four-day convention will culminate in Harris’s speech on Thursday, with notable figures such as President Biden, Hillary Clinton, and Barack Obama scheduled to address attendees.
