BALTIMORE – A 29-year-old man was arrested Wednesday morning after allegedly shooting a 33-year-old victim and engaging in a shootout with police during a foot pursuit in the Cherry Hill Homes area. The suspect remained in the vicinity and reportedly fired at both police officers and a security guard as he fled. The suspect sustained a leg injury during the pursuit and was subsequently taken to a hospital for treatment.
