Dreo's motion-sensing fan revolutionizes cooling experience

At the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2025, which took place in Las Vegas, Nevada, Dreo introduced its innovative PolyFan 707S. This unique fan employs millimeter-wave radar to track room occupants and adjust its airflow direction accordingly. Unlike traditional fans, the PolyFan 707S has a 150-degree range of vision and oscillates to provide better airflow coverage, particularly when placed in a corner of the room. While the exact pricing structure remains undisclosed, a representative indicated it is expected to fall within a range of $150 to $200, with a launch planned for May 2025. Also showcased at CES was Dreo's MC706 2-in-1 tower fan and heater, which can swiftly transform from a cooling fan to a space heater. The innovative design includes a mechanical heating device that can slide into the fan component, offering an efficient heating solution. With a focus on safety, it includes features such as overheat protection and tip-over detection, characteristics that are essential for space heaters. The MC706 is currently available for purchase at a manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP) of $170. Lastly, the company unveiled a circulating space heater, the SH615, which is anticipated to sell at around $100. This device serves as an affordable option capable of efficiently heating an entire room while being compact enough to sit on desks or tables. It uses a unique 3D rotation mechanism to distribute warmth effectively throughout different angles in the space, representing Dreo's commitment to functional home appliances that balance affordability, efficiency, and smart technology.
