Chechen Leader Invites Elon Musk After Showcasing Cybertruck with Machine Gun

Ramzan Kadyrov, the leader of Russia’s Chechnya region, has drawn attention by unveiling a Tesla Cybertruck equipped with a machine gun in a video shared on Telegram. Kadyrov, known for his flamboyant public displays, expressed admiration for the vehicle and its manufacturer, Elon Musk, claiming he received the truck as a gift. He announced plans to send the modified Cybertruck to the front lines of the ongoing conflict in Ukraine, describing it as a “cyberbeast” that would benefit Russian troops. In the video, Kadyrov is seen driving the stainless steel Cybertruck and standing beside the mounted weapon, which was adorned with ammunition belts. He praised the vehicle as “undoubtedly one of the best cars in the world” and extended an invitation to Musk to visit Chechnya, expressing eagerness for future Tesla innovations that could assist in the military operations in Ukraine. However, it remains unclear whether Musk will respond to Kadyrov's invitation. Kadyrov's actions come amid ongoing military developments in Ukraine, where a senior Russian commander reported that Ukrainian forces had been pushed out of a village near the border. This follows a significant incursion by Ukrainian troops into Russian territory earlier this month, marking one of the most substantial foreign attacks on Russia since World War II.
