TD SYNNEX acquires IPsense in Brazil to boost cloud services

TD SYNNEX has announced its agreement to acquire the IPsense Cloud Migration business, a prominent cloud solutions provider in Brazil. This acquisition aims to establish a new Cloud competence center that will assist business partners in migrating their customers' workloads to the cloud. The deal is expected to close within 30 to 90 days, pending customary closing conditions. The integration of IPsense's sales model into TD SYNNEX's two-tier distribution model will enhance support for resellers, enabling them to offer a comprehensive portfolio of cloud solutions.
