In fact, Pérez is overseeing the last-ever condo development on the island, named Six Fisher Island, which will offer large luxury units. Interestingly, most buyers are not newcomers; about 75% of recent purchasers already had a stake on the island and sought larger, upgraded accommodations. Additionally, preconstruction parcels for spec mansions ranging up to 15,000 square feet are being marketed, with prices starting at $31 million.
