Cleveland Browns rookie defensive tackle Mike Hall was arrested on Tuesday in Ohio, facing domestic violence charges after allegedly threatening his fiancée with a firearm. The incident occurred late Monday night, prompting a call to authorities from the woman, who reported that Hall had physically assaulted her and threatened her life. Hall, 21, is a recent Ohio State University product and is engaged to the woman, with whom he shares an 11-year-old daughter, though he is not the child's biological father. According to the police report, the woman claimed Hall pushed her daughter and struck her with a baby bottle before escalating to threats involving a gun. She alleged that Hall held a gun to her temple and made a chilling statement, indicating a willingness to end her life. Following the altercation, Hall reportedly locked the woman out of their home and fled in a pickup truck. Police later seized two handguns from the scene, including a .40-caliber Glock and a 9mm Smith & Wesson. Hall has pleaded not guilty to the charges and was released on a $10,000 personal bond. The Browns organization acknowledged the situation, stating that Hall and his representatives are in contact with the appropriate authorities. The team canceled practice on Tuesday, ahead of scheduled joint practices with the Minnesota Vikings on Wednesday.
