Sir Ridley Scott is expanding his creative horizons by venturing into the world of graphic novels. His production company, Scott Free, has partnered with Mechanical Cake to develop three graphic novel series, collaborating with notable comic-book creator Dave Elliott and a team of talented artists. The first project, titled Modville, is set in a futuristic New Orleans and explores themes of artificial intelligence and crime. This series will consist of eight books, with the first volume exceeding 100 pages and available for preorder next March. Another project, Hyde, delves into the darker aspects of London, while Nick draws inspiration from Norse legends. In addition to these graphic novels, Scott is also involved in the production of a new TV series, Alien: Earth, which is set to premiere on Hulu and FX next year. Furthermore, he is currently directing a drug caper film titled Sinking Spring, which is in post-production.
