Deep Bagchee Becomes President of CNBC International

NEW YORK, LONDON, SINGAPORE – CNBC has announced the appointment of Deep Bagchee as President of CNBC International, effective August 5, 2024. Reporting directly to CNBC President KC Sullivan, Bagchee will oversee the network's operations across Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America, splitting his time between London and Singapore. His extensive background in media and product strategy positions him well for this role. Bagchee joins CNBC from ITV, where he served as Chief Product Officer, leading the launch of the company's on-demand streaming service. His previous experience includes roles as Chief Product Officer at The Economist and Senior Vice President of Product and Technology at CNBC in New Jersey, where he managed technology, product, and design teams. Sullivan expressed confidence in Bagchee's ability to enhance CNBC's international business, citing his expertise in audience growth and brand identity.
