The suspects had just mugged a pedestrian on July 31 when they lost control of their vehicle, crashing into a home’s gate. The confrontation escalated as a resident pulled the motorcycle rider off his bike, leading to a violent beating on the sidewalk. Witnesses reported that the assailant was kicked and struck with various objects while trying to escape.
