Navy veteran Bubble Pirate ticketed for fluid littering in La Jolla

Sandy Snakenberg, a 63-year-old Navy veteran known as the 'Bubble Pirate,' was ticketed for 'liquid littering' while performing at La Jolla Cove in San Diego. The citation was issued by park officials who claimed that the fluid from his bubble show violated the municipal code against littering. Snakenberg, who has dyslexia and is a disabled veteran, has been sharing his passion for bubble artistry, which he refers to as 'bubbleology,' for years, captivating audiences with his performances.
