The project has garnered significant financial support, with the Government of Quebec contributing over $2.3 million through the Société d'habitation du Québec, which is also managing the mortgage loan. Furthermore, the City of Trois-Rivières is providing $231,000 along with a five-year tax credit of nearly $135,000 to facilitate this initiative.
