As the Cup Series shifts its focus back to racing, Suárez is set to compete at Richmond this Sunday night. In conjunction with the contract news, it was revealed that Freeway Insurance will continue its partnership with Suárez, who drives the No. 99 car. The contract includes performance-related clauses that could extend their collaboration if both parties agree. Suárez acknowledged that Trackhouse Racing has not yet met its performance goals, stating, “We are not exactly where we want to be — not just in the 99 but in Trackhouse as a company.” Justin Marks, owner of Trackhouse Racing, expressed satisfaction with the ongoing relationship, highlighting Suárez's importance to the team's culture since his arrival.
