The O2 Essential Plan, priced at £10 per month, offers 10GB of mobile data along with unlimited calls and texts. This plan is designed as a 30-day rolling contract, ensuring that customers face no activation or exit fees, nor any mid-contract price increases. In addition to the mobile plan, customers will have access to O2 Priority, which provides early access to concert tickets and various perks, including complimentary hot drinks and sausage rolls from Greggs. This initiative is part of Virgin Media O2's broader commitment to assist those experiencing financial hardships, reinforcing the company's dedication to making mobile connectivity more accessible. The O2 Essential Plan complements Virgin Media O2's existing social broadband tariffs, which are also tailored for low-income households. The Essential broadband plan is available for £12.50 per month, offering speeds of 15Mbps, while the Essential broadband plus plan provides 54Mbps for £20 per month. Both broadband options come with no fixed-term contracts and guarantee stable pricing for customers throughout their subscription.
