Second teenager arrested for starting massive New Jersey wildfire

In Ocean County, New Jersey, a second teenager was arrested for his involvement in the Jones Road Wildfire, one of the largest wildfires in the state's history. Investigators established that the fire resulted from an improperly extinguished bonfire. Kling faces similar charges for leaving the scene without ensuring the fire was completely out.
