In an interview with People, the 48-year-old singer emphasized the importance of having a residency in Las Vegas for artists, stating, "If you're going to have a stake in Las Vegas, you got to do a residency." This long-anticipated venture has been in the works for several years, as Shelton aimed to align it with the opening of his music and restaurant venue, Ole Red, in Las Vegas. The Ole Red location will have been operational for just over a year by the time Shelton's residency kicks off. He hinted at the possibility of performing at Ole Red during his residency, suggesting that fans might see him take the stage there on occasion. Shelton is currently in the process of brainstorming unique elements to incorporate into his Las Vegas shows, aiming to create a distinct experience compared to his typical concert tours. Although Shelton has not released a new album since 2021's "Body Language," he remains active in the music scene, recently collaborating with Post Malone on the single "Pour Me a Drink." The excitement surrounding his upcoming residency is palpable, as he expressed his eagerness to share the news with fans on social media platform X, stating, "I've been so excited to share this news with y'all...
