Ford upgrades Lincoln Navigator with spa mode and 48-inch display

Ford Motor Company has announced significant updates to its Lincoln Navigator for the 2025 model year, including a striking 48-inch front display. This large SUV aims to enhance the driving experience with the introduction of the "Lincoln Rejuvenate" feature, designed to create a serene environment for both drivers and passengers. The automaker is responding to declining sales by reimagining the Navigator's interior and exterior, positioning it as a luxurious retreat on the road. The "Lincoln Rejuvenate" feature includes a unique "sanctuary" mode that transforms the vehicle into a calming space. When activated while parked, the driver's seat adjusts for comfort, incorporating reclining, warming, and massaging functions. This mode also alters the vehicle's climate, releases soothing scents, and plays tranquil videos and sounds, such as a waterfall, to enhance relaxation. Scent options include mystic forest, ozonic azure, and violet cashmere, while entertainment features include popular games like Asphalt Nitro 2 and Angry Birds. Pricing for the 2025 Lincoln Navigator is expected to start below $100,000, with more detailed information to be released as the vehicle approaches its launch in spring 2025. Currently, the average transaction price for the Navigator exceeds $101,300, indicating a premium market positioning. Lincoln President Dianne Craig emphasized that the new Navigator is designed to be more than just a vehicle, aiming to provide a "home away from home" experience for its clients.
