Bill and Becky Chilcutt, a couple married for over 50 years, have spent two decades visiting every state capitol in the U.S. They were about to complete their mission when Bill's terminal cancer diagnosis made the last trip to Alaska impossible. Feeling disheartened, Chick-fil-A employees at their local Houston branch decided to reach out to the Alaska State Capitol on their behalf. The employees in Alaska organized a special surprise by photographing the Chilcutts' wedding photo around the capitol building and signing the visitors' log in their names, creating a scrapbook filled with gifts for the couple. During a visit to the Chick-fil-A, the couple received this heartfelt surprise, demonstrating the strong community bond they have built there.
