In India, the Central Railway has announced new halts for two express trains at specific railway stations. The Nizamuddin-Vasco da Gama Goa Express will now stop at Kirloskarwadi, arriving at 9:13 PM and departing at 9:14 PM, with a return service arriving at 11:23 PM. Additionally, the Yashwantpur-Chandigarh Karnataka Sampark Kranti Express will halt at Sangli, arriving at 3:32 AM and leaving at 3:34 AM, with a return service arriving at 3:52 PM. To accommodate the increased passenger demand for the Dhamma Chakra Pravartan Diwas on October 14, the Central Railway is also introducing special trains. The Solapur-Nagpur Special will depart from Solapur on October 11 at 6 PM, reaching Nagpur the following day at 12:45 PM, with multiple stops along the route. Similarly, the Nagpur-Pune Special is scheduled to leave Nagpur on October 13 at 4:10 PM, arriving in Pune at 5:20 PM the next day. This train will also make several stops, ensuring accessibility for passengers traveling to the event. These measures reflect the railway's commitment to managing passenger flow during significant events, enhancing connectivity, and providing timely services to meet the needs of travelers in the region.
