Story

A recent report by the Media Research Center (MRC) alleges that liberal billionaire George Soros and his son Alex have been instrumental in undermining law and order in the United States. MRC founder Brent Bozell highlighted the extensive funding Soros has provided to district attorneys (DAs) across the country, asserting that this financial influence allows them to control political agendas and priorities. The report, titled "Law & Disorder," includes internal communications from various liberal DAs, such as Alvin Bragg of New York and Kim Foxx of Illinois. The MRC claims that the Soros network has invested at least $40 million to elect prosecutors who align with their agenda. They argue that this "Soros machine" not only sets policies and priorities but also influences staffing, media narratives, and government lobbying, thereby distorting the American justice system. The report indicates that 123 out of 126 Soros-backed prosecutors have signed joint statements and pledges orchestrated by this network. Central to this effort is Fair and Just Prosecution (FJP), described as a radical initiative funded by the Tides Center, which is heavily financed by Soros. The MRC's investigation revealed a significant volume of communications between FJP and Soros-backed prosecutors, including 508 exchanges with former San Francisco DA Chesa Boudin over an 18-month period, averaging one communication per day. The findings suggest a coordinated effort among Soros-backed prosecutors across multiple states, including California, New York, and Texas, to reshape the U.S. legal system in line with their progressive ideals.
