In the United States, a manhunt for Travis Decker intensified as authorities searched for clues related to his alleged involvement in the deaths of his three daughters. The bodies of Paityn, 9; Evelyn, 8; and Olivia, 5, were discovered near Rock Island Campground in Washington State on June 2, three days after their mother reported them missing. The children were found with plastic bags over their heads and zip-tied, leading to a ruling of homicide by suffocation. Following the gruesome discovery, Decker became a fugitive, eluding capture for several months despite extensive search efforts by local law enforcement and the FBI.
