CREST Boosts Global Cyber Capacity with launch of CREST CAMP

CREST CAMP, launched on September 17, 2024, is a significant initiative aimed at bolstering cyber security capabilities in ten countries, including Armenia, Bahrain, and the Philippines. Funded by the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office, the program will operate from September 2024 to March 2025, focusing on enhancing the maturity of the cyber security ecosystem in these regions. This initiative is part of a broader commitment to global cyber security capacity building, recognizing the critical role of the private sector in safeguarding national security. The program will involve national cyber security authorities and selected cyber security service providers, who will receive intensive mentoring from established CREST member companies. This collaboration aims to provide targeted training and guidance, helping local companies progress through the CREST Accreditation Pathway towards full membership and accreditation. By fostering partnerships, CREST CAMP seeks to set new standards for growth and sustainability within the participating regions' cyber security ecosystems.
