Chandigarh: Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann has responded to Union Road Transport and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari's concerns regarding threats and violence involving contractors of the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI). In his letter, Mann attributed the delays in land acquisition to the NHAI and its concessionaires, asserting that the state government has been actively supporting the authority in these matters.
