Dusit International and Paljor Global Corp have announced a strategic partnership aimed at expanding Dusit’s presence in South Asia, particularly in Nepal. This collaboration builds on their successful management of the Dusit Princess Kathmandu hotel, which is owned by Paljor Global. The signing ceremony took place at Baan Dusit Thani in Bangkok, attended by key executives from both companies. The partnership will focus on identifying new hotel projects, establishing distribution channels for Dusit Foods, and enhancing hospitality education initiatives. Paljor Global Corp will actively seek opportunities for Dusit’s brands in neighboring countries such as Bangladesh, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, Tibet, Bhutan, and northeast India. This expansion is part of a broader strategy to leverage Paljor’s strong market presence and Dusit’s hospitality expertise. The collaboration also aims to develop vocational education programs through Dusit’s educational institutions, which will help cultivate the next generation of hospitality professionals. Additionally, the partnership will explore opportunities for Dusit Gastro, a subsidiary of Dusit Foods, to introduce high-quality food products to the hospitality sector in Nepal. This includes sourcing premium ingredients and offering ready-to-cook products to enhance culinary offerings in the region. The initiative aligns with the growing number of Nepalese tourists visiting Thailand, as travel packages will be created to include stays at Dusit Hotels and visits to local attractions. This collaboration signifies a commitment to not only expand business operations but also to enhance the quality of life through education and culinary excellence. Both companies aim to set new benchmarks for service and sustainability in the hospitality industry across South Asia.
