Weekend brings significant temperature rise in the Twin Cities

However, by Sunday, another storm system is projected to move in, leading to rainy and windy conditions. Meteorological reports indicate light rain amounts, with expected precipitation around 0.10 inches. This variability points towards a potential return to cooler conditions early next week, as temperatures are expected to drop back to the low 50s after this brief warm-up. Overall, residents of the Twin Cities can anticipate a gradual transition from cooler, cloudy weather to a warm and sunny weekend, with some rain likely returning early next week as conditions normalize.
