NFL insider Jordan Schultz reported that Aiyuk recently met with head coach Kyle Shanahan and other team officials, during which they shared candid thoughts. Following this meeting, negotiations for a long-term contract have reportedly resumed, suggesting a potential resolution that could keep Aiyuk in San Francisco. Aiyuk's contributions were instrumental in the 49ers' Super Bowl run, and his return could significantly bolster the team's chances of success in the upcoming season.
