On November 12, 2024, in New Delhi, Comviva announced its collaboration with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to develop a cloud-first, AI-driven business strategy. This affiliation aims to facilitate quicker market entry and promote non-linear revenue growth by utilizing a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model tailored for Communication Service Providers (CSPs). Both companies will focus on modernizing products, enhancing business development, and enabling generative AI. Rajesh Chandiramani, CEO of Comviva, emphasized the potential of cloud solutions to empower telecom operators with strategic advantages and innovative, cloud-native solutions. Additionally, Comviva is training over 2000 employees on AWS technologies to strengthen its workforce's capabilities in modernization and digital skills.
