Fiona Emery, a passenger traveling with her family, stated they arrived two hours early and monitored the announcement board, but the flight details only appeared moments before boarding was set to close. Upon reaching Gate 13, the group was informed it was too late to board due to a backlog of passengers. Emery recounted that they were told to wait by the door and were eventually directed to Gate 2, where they encountered multiple staff members attempting to resolve the situation.
