On October 16, 2024, Crane 1 Services Inc. expanded its footprint in the U.S. overhead crane service market by acquiring Bridge Crane Specialists, LLC and its affiliate, Bridge Crane Express, LLC, located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This strategic move significantly enhances its offerings of fully custom overhead crane systems and related services, aligning perfectly with its mission to be the top independent provider of crane inspection, service, and fabrication nationwide. The newly formed combination of Crane 1 and Bridge Crane leverages the strengths of both companies, particularly the solid reputation and high integrity embodied by Bridge Crane over its many years of service. Existing management including Mike Judkins and Richard Himes, will remain in leadership roles, ensuring that the experienced team can maintain high-quality service standards. The newly enlarged workforce now comprises over 550 employees across 32 locations in 21 states.
