Marseille Wants to Loan Norwich Winger Jonathan Rowe

Marseille is reportedly nearing a deal to acquire Norwich City winger Jonathan Rowe, with the Ligue 1 club proposing a loan arrangement that includes an obligation to buy for £13.5 million next summer. The 21-year-old has garnered attention not only from Marseille but also from Leeds United, following a standout season where he made 32 appearances and scored 12 goals for the Canaries. Rowe's impressive performances earned him the EFL Young Player of the Month award for August and a call-up to the England U21 team, where he scored on his debut. The French club is actively bolstering its squad after a disappointing 2023-24 season that saw them miss out on European competition.
