Police apprehend multiple suspects in massive San Ramon jewelry heist

In the East Bay region of California, several suspects were arrested following a brazen robbery at a local jewelry store. The incident occurred at 1:50 p.m. on a Monday at Heller Jewelers, located within the City Center Bishop Ranch. Around 20 masked individuals entered the store, engaging in a takeover-style robbery where they smashed display cases and stole numerous valuables. Armed with handguns, at least one suspect even fired shots through the store's front entrance. Fortunately, no injuries were recorded during this chaotic event. After the robbers fled the scene in cars positioned in the valet area, San Ramon police initiated a pursuit, although it was called off for safety reasons.
