Minneapolis man charged in execution-style murder of St. Paul victim

A 22-year-old man from Minneapolis has been charged with two counts of second-degree murder following the shooting death of 32-year-old Lul Dak Chak in St. Paul. The incident occurred early Tuesday morning behind an apartment building on University Avenue West, where Chak was found unresponsive after gunshots were reported. He was pronounced dead at the scene, prompting an investigation by local authorities.
